Leads Netflix’s EMEA Partnerships Finance & Strategy team, providing strategic, financial, and analytical support for partnership growth, deal evaluation, modeling, and negotiations. Oversees regional financial consistency, cross-functional analytics, stakeholder management, partnerships operations, and complex project execution. Builds and manages a high-performing, geographically distributed team while aligning EMEA priorities with global Partnerships strategy.

Supports Netflix’s EMEA Studio Strategy team through quantitative and qualitative analysis, market intelligence, operational reporting, dashboards, executive presentations, and special projects. The role partners with Production, Finance, Content, Legal, Labour, Data Science, Policy, and Risk stakeholders; streamlines studio workflows, manages strategy initiatives, facilitates workshops, and provides strategic guidance to Studio leadership across the EMEA region.

Manage day-to-day operational performance of programmatic ad campaigns across assigned EMEA markets. Oversee campaign readiness, launch, pacing, QC and optimization (focus on PMPs), collaborate with sales, account management, Ad Ops and vendors, analyze market-level campaign data, surface insights to drive revenue and process improvements, maintain documentation and training, and support rollout of automation and new tools to ensure campaign excellence during market expansion.

Lead financial strategy and long-range planning for Netflix Consumer Products in EMEA. Build growth strategies, conduct market and franchise analyses, support regional leads with modeling and deal optimization, and present insights to internal and external partners to scale merchandise, retail, and ecommerce businesses.

Lead complex employee relations matters across EMEA, design scalable ER processes, partner with HRBPs and Legal, manage investigations and performance/sickness/disciplinary cases, and use data to surface trends and drive continuous improvement.

Lead EMEA ads revenue accounting across Direct IO, Live, and Brand Partnerships. Manage month/quarter close, accruals, reconciliations, agency incentives, makegoods and credit memos. Serve as regional revenue accounting contact for contracts and new media models, provide revenue recognition and invoicing guidance, support CRM and order management systems implementation, resolve billing and collections issues, and drive process improvements and automation (Workday ERP integration).

Lead design and delivery of scalable blended learning and communication strategies to drive product adoption for Netflix Studio apps. Build learning libraries, manage launch communications, drive change management, partner with Product/Engineering, gather and analyze user feedback, and deliver actionable insights to improve user experience and product adoption across regions.

Support UK production tax operations and incentive programmes for film and TV productions: prepare incentive applications, advise production teams on UK tax matters (corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, NIC), coordinate with advisors and accounting, monitor legislation, research complex tax issues, and assist cross-functional stakeholders across budgeting, audit, and financial reporting.
