Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

As our business grows, we’re bringing our ads plan to even more members around the world. Starting in 2027, Netflix’s ads plan will expand to several new countries — including Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Belgium — giving members more choice and advertisers more opportunities to reach our audience.

As a Sr. Ads Ops Demand Management Specialist, you will be a key contributor, responsible for the operational performance of advertising campaigns in your assigned markets. You will work closely with Account Management, Sales, Ad Ops, and external vendor partners to ensure campaigns deliver on client objectives while consistently driving operational efficiency and excellence. This role reports to the EMEA Ad Ops Demand Management Senior Manager and is closely aligned with the Account Management team for Expansion Markets, partnering to ensure operational readiness and campaign excellence as new markets are onboarded and scaled.

This role is unique in its scope: you will support the launch and growth of multiple markets. The ideal candidate is proficient in programmatic advertising, has strong experience working with DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and can manage complexity across markets with varying maturity levels.

Cultural agility is a core requirement. You will engage with partners and clients across diverse European markets, each with distinct business cultures, communication styles, and expectations. The ability to build trust and credibility across these markets — and to adapt fluidly — is as critical as your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in your assigned EMEA markets, including overseeing campaign readiness and launch while monitoring, pacing, and identifying optimisation opportunities for programmatic campaigns, with a focus on PMPs (Private Marketplaces).

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Ops, and vendors to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a seamless client experience.

  • Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating to Ad Ops Solutions for troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Analyse campaign data at market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.

  • Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.

  • Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.

  • Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with Ad Ops Solutions teams.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market.

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering teams.

  • Experience working in or supporting EMEA expansion markets (e.g. Nordics, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland).

  • Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, and troubleshooting.

  • Deep proficiency in programmatic advertising, with strong knowledge of how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) work.

  • Proficiency with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, ad servers, task management, and reporting platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a changing, high-volume environment.

  • Effective communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences across diverse cultural contexts.

  • Able to navigate evolving priorities and make sound decisions with incomplete information.

Preferred skills:

  • Proficiency in Polish and/or Dutch is strongly preferred given the markets this role covers, as it enables effective day-to-day collaboration with local partners and clients. Candidates without these languages are still encouraged to apply.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g. for reporting, campaign monitoring, or process optimisation).

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.

We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, ancestry, national origin, caste, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic makeup, marital status, or military service.
