Provide strategic HR business partnering across a global financial services environment: advise leaders, design and implement HR initiatives, support talent planning and succession, manage performance and compensation cycles, handle complex employee relations and investigations, and collaborate with CoEs on reward, relocation, and HR operations matters.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

Partner with managers and leaders to manage employee relations cases end-to-end, drive people strategy, lead change and performance management, analyze people data, and deliver HR projects to improve culture, engagement, and talent development.
