Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, advising managers on employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing disciplinary/grievance/performance/absence cases, maintaining HR records and payroll support, assisting organisational change and policy development, promoting wellbeing and inclusion, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

Lead resolution of complex, high-risk employee relations cases across UK & Ireland; ensure compliance, develop policies, drive continuous improvement, coach advisory team, partner with HR leadership and stakeholders to influence strategy and workforce outcomes.

Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across locations, manage employee relations (absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance), support recruitment and talent development, ensure policy compliance and employment law adherence, contribute to employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives while building strong business relationships.
