Provide legal analysis and support for European structured finance and fund finance transactions. Review and summarise transaction documents, advise rating analysts and committees on legal risks, manage external counsel reviews, monitor legislation and case law, and contribute to drafting legal criteria and rating methodology commentary. Represent DBRS with market participants and support preparation of rating reports.

Provide technical processing and consultation for trade finance across EMEA, ensure compliance with UCP/ICC rules and sanctions, coach and lead teams, streamline processes, manage workflow and controls, and act as first point of contact for day-to-day operational issues.

Support Finance Operations with Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment processing, client query resolution, purchase invoice and expense claim processing, payroll support, bank reconciliations, payment runs and financial record keeping. Partner with the Finance Operations Manager to identify and implement process improvements and AI-driven efficiencies, and contribute to ad-hoc finance projects to improve cash flow and operational accuracy.

Serve as first point of contact for client invoice queries; investigate and resolve issues with providers and colleagues; set up direct debits; raise statements of account; handle refund queries and perform day-to-day team finance tasks as required.

Support transactional finance across UK, US and Singapore entities: manage and approve employee expenses, reconcile receipts and bank accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide ad-hoc finance support to keep records audit-ready.

Provide commercial finance support across 18 service lines, partnering with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to deliver reporting, forecasts, KPI monitoring, budget management, and financial insight. Maintain project financial integrity, prepare presentations and finance packs, support decision-making, improve processes and reporting, and deliver training to non-finance stakeholders to influence business performance.

Provide dedicated 1:2 executive support to Heads of Private Office and Partnerships. Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, expenses, correspondence, and digital filing. Prepare briefing packs and PowerPoint presentations, take minutes, track actions, support events and ad-hoc projects, liaise across the business, assist with IT troubleshooting, and collaborate with the PA community to provide cover and board coordination.
