The Growth Marketing Assistant will support outreach, manage data hygiene, analyze growth strategies, and contribute to international expansion.

Develops and executes trade marketing plans for European retailers, coordinating brand and product activations, localized marketing materials, retailer content, beauty box initiatives, product assortments, launch reporting, and budget management. Partners with commercial, global, retail, finance, and supplier teams to maximize brand visibility, engagement, footfall, and sales while maintaining brand consistency and timely execution.

Supports digital marketing strategy execution across website, SEO, automation, video, social media, advertising, email campaigns, events, and webinars. Coordinates project plans, schedules, resources, agencies, and campaign launches while tracking progress, KPIs, materials, and quality. Maintains CMS content and marketing collateral, supports brand standards, assists with marketing design and technical papers, and manages social media and event logistics.

Supports the Founder with inbox, calendar, meeting preparation, follow-ups, travel, reservations, events, and content coordination. Partners with the People team on contracts, recruiting, candidate screening, process improvements, documentation, research, and team projects. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, initiative, technology fluency, and availability online from 12–5pm CET. It offers a growth path into a Founder's Associate position.

Support the marketing team remotely by producing and uploading marketing materials, writing website copy and press releases, coordinating events and exhibitions, maintaining databases and documentation, preparing reports and promotional literature, and assisting with campaigns and social media outreach (volunteer, 5–10 hours/week).

Support marketing procurement across agencies, media, events, content and marketing tech. Run sourcing and tender processes, manage supplier performance, negotiate contracts, track rebates, maintain procurement reporting, and deliver cost-saving projects while ensuring compliance and supporting procurement governance.
