Location: London or Manchester, UK

Contract Length: 8 weeks

About the Role:

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Alliances, the Marketing and Event Coordinator will support the planning and execution of company events that enhance brand visibility, strengthen partnerships, and drive lead generation. 

Working closely with marketing, sales, and external partners, the role will coordinate event logistics, manage vendors, and ensure high quality delivery from planning through to onsite execution.  The role will also support the development of company decks, presentations, and event assets.

Based on the nature of the role, there will be some travel involved to our relevant business units and events across the UK. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive admin support to ensure the efficient, high quality delivery of AND’s events.
  • Develop an event plan, schedule, and timeline.
  • Provide onsite event support as needed across locations in the UK, ensuring the attendee experience is consistently high quality.
  • Arrange staffing schedules, providing updates to ensure everyone understands their roles.
  • Support the invite and registration process, compiling timely invite lists and managing communication with senior team members.
  • Prepare gift bags and coordinate event merchandise as required.
  • Work with the content manager to promote events through social media.
  • Conduct pre and post event evaluations with team members and report on findings
  • Help organise marketing assets such as presentations, flyers, branded materials, and digital content used at booths or presentations.
  • Assist in preparing company decks, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Support with post-event follow-up lists and contact data.
  • Provide website support as needed, maintaining and updating content.

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills - ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and event logistics at the same time.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all event logistics, branding, and materials are accurate and professionally presented.
  • Ability to support the creation of company decks, presentations, and event assets that showcase the brand and messaging clearly.
  • Energy, creativity, and a hands on attitude, contributing ideas that improve the attendee experience and event outcomes.
