Serve as a cross-team Scrum Master across three teams (Data & MI, Continuous Improvement, Analytics). Maintain Kanban boards and Azure DevOps queries, facilitate ceremonies and CI working group, manage backlogs, remove blockers, coordinate stakeholders, track delivery dates, produce weekly progress reporting, and lead release management and CAB representation to ensure timely delivery across concurrent workstreams.

Lead Scrum ceremonies, enforce Agile practices, manage project timelines and resources, liaise with stakeholders, remove impediments, mentor team members, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate agile practices, manage project scopes and timelines, foster team culture, and engage with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
