Key responsibilities:

  • Develop analytical frameworks and carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights for Studio leaders

  • Build a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive threats and opportunities and share market intelligence internally

  • Regularly create and deliver insightful presentations that summarise analyses in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to support initiatives aimed at streamlining operations and workflows across the Studio and production lifecycles

  • Undertake special projects/ad hoc analysis for Studio leadership and other senior business leaders as needed

  • Build strong relationships with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders, including teams across Production, Production Finance, Content, Labour, Data Science, Legal, Policy and Risk

  • Project manage studio strategy initiatives and provide tactical support, such as facilitating workshops and supporting working groups

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly analytical thinker and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast paced environment. You should possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, focus on generating results and exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.

You should have:

  • The ability to swiftly produce written memos and presentations of exceptional rigour and clarity

  • A self-motivated, disciplined and flexible approach, able to work independently in a changing environment

  • The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders from a range of professional backgrounds and levels of seniority

  • A commitment to embrace and advocate for inclusion, including demonstrated cross-cultural understanding and intelligence

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or understanding of media and content production is a plus, but not essential

  • Excellent proficiency with MS Excel / PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets / Slides

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
