Provides executive, administrative, travel, client coordination, marketing, operational, expense, and project support to Knight Frank’s Private Office team. Responsibilities include complex diary and inbox management, international travel planning, meeting coordination, presentations, property tours, CRM and compliance records, marketing collateral, events, reporting, invoices, and expenses. Manage and improve the end-to-end candidate journey for a growing global firm. Coordinate interviews, support screening and onboarding, act as ATS super-user, produce recruitment reports and talent intelligence, support employer branding, and lead process improvement and DE&I initiatives across talent acquisition.

Provide front-of-house and administrative support for the Marylebone lettings team: greet clients, answer calls, manage keys, maintain reception, prepare meeting rooms, support marketing and property listings (EPCs, photos, floorplans), perform Land Registry checks, generate invoices and templates, and assist with KYC, AML and tenancy administration ensuring GDPR compliance and accurate reporting.

Lead Group tax strategy and governance for the global partnership, advising senior leadership on UK partnership tax, international tax, VAT, employment taxes, compliance, HMRC engagement, partner tax support, process improvements and developing a high-performing tax team.

Support Marketing Enablement across Channels, Planning & Operations, and Creative Services. Lead end-to-end enablement projects, manage briefs and workflows (Frontify, Monday.com), ensure brand quality, provide campaign analysis and strategic counsel, support templating, toolkits and AI-driven initiatives, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive marketing efficiency.

Lead the creation of an enterprise market intelligence capability: define leading indicators, synthesize internal and external data (e.g., Macrobond), produce a single forward-looking market narrative for senior leadership, set signal governance, and align BI, Data Science and Research outputs to inform strategic decisions.
