Why Knight Frank?

Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Global Account Director (Partner-level) to join our GPS EMEA leadership team. Based in London, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships, typically under regional or global MSAs. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring deep experience, commercial acumen, and a client-first mindset. The role offers the opportunity to help shape the GPS EMEA business during an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Global Account Director for a portfolio of major corporate clients with complex, multi-market real estate needs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of account strategies, aligning with client goals and leveraging internal Knight Frank expertise across service lines (portfolio and transaction management, consulting, lease admin, workplace, etc.).
  • Act as senior point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring excellence in delivery, governance, and communication.
  • Drive account profitability and growth, identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring consistent, high service performance against KPIs.

  • Monitor market trends, portfolio insights, and client sector dynamics to proactively advise on opportunities, risks, and innovations.
  • Actively drive business development initiatives, including the expansion of existing client mandates and targeting new strategic accounts.
  • Champion client satisfaction and service excellence, building deep and trusted relationships at executive levels.

Key Experience Required:

  • 10+ years’ experience in corporate real estate, occupier services, consulting or transactional services—ideally in an international or multi-region setting.
  • Proven track record in account leadership, client relationship management, and strategic delivery.
  • Highly client-oriented with the ability to navigate complex global organizations and build senior-level trust.
  • Strong understanding of real estate lifecycle services (transaction management, workplace strategy, lease admin, portfolio advisory).
  • Excellent commercial acumen and experience with contract management, and KPI frameworks.
