About The Role
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Events Executive to join their Head Office in Baker Street.
About the Role:
Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, Events and Production set up, support and run Brand and Marketing-led events across the UK and Overseas including giving support to the Global Knight Frank network.
This role is a position for an experienced Senior Events Executive who will be responsible for the delivery and development of high-quality in-person and virtual events across the UK and in Europe, with experience of a high-level of communication and management skills with stakeholders and across campaigns.
Working and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the Brand & Programmes and GTM teams this role will deliver event plans ensuring consistency of the business strategic direction and priorities.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Head of Events and Production and members of the Brand & Programmes (B&P) and GTM teams in the running, management, and implementation of the Brand and Marketing-led events schedule across the UK, Europe and GSL & Group.
Events within the schedule are both internal and external. The role will manage or support from brief inception to delivery, and post-event review and bring creative ideas on how to make the most out of the experience and deliver ROI
Manage capacity with the Head of E&P, and liaising with external suppliers, agencies and consultants when required to support with events.
Support the Head of E&P in the admin of virtual events (webinars). This includes invitation process and setting up the webinar console and marketing material.
Support the relevant marketing teams (B&P and GTM) to produce event collateral and content
Proficient user of Monday.com collaborating with relevant marketing teams on the platform who will have overall responsibility for marketing campaigns.
Work closely with stakeholders to achieve event ambitions and ROI, whilst managing expectations and building strong relationships
Ensure tasks and projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
Excellent communication and management skills with both internal and external suppliers and agencies to ensure the full support for any events
Consistently help the team to meet event objectives and feedback to stakeholders
Provide post-event reporting, feedback and budget reviews
Review, update and put forward new opportunities/venues for future events within the business
Must be willing to travel overseas for international events if needed
Key Experience Required:
Event management professional with at least 2-3 years’ experience, ideally within the property industry or a corporate setting in a fast-paced environment
Degree educated and professional marketing qualifications is an advantage
Experience of supporting teams organising, running and managing in person, virtual (ON24 or similar platform), internal, corporate, client and charity events
Excellent knowledge of Monday.com would be an advantage and all Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, some knowledge of virtual event platforms would be an advantage
Key Skills Required:
Excellent organisational skills and event management with the ability to successfully work across several projects at one time from a 400-person conference to a high-profile dinner or a key publication report launch.
Confident and articulate with good networking skills; able to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Flexible, adaptable and a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team
A sense of creativity with an eye for detail and design
Pro-active, hands-on. Strong sense of self-motivation
