About The Role

Our London Sales department is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager at Associate or Partner level to join our highly successful Marylebone office located on Baker Street.

We are looking for a proactive, driven individual who is well-acquainted with the Marylebone and Prime Central London property markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead market appraisals, develop a robust sales strategy and efficiently manage buyer relationships. This is a unique opportunity to lead an exceptional team of negotiators and manage the core market up to £4m across the Marylebone and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth

  •  Secure property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
  • Effectively lead and manage a team of Negotiators and Senior Negotiators/Associates.
  • Establish and maintain a strong local presence to secure introductions to potential clients.
  • Source buyers conduct viewings and negotiate property sales.

Client Relations & Care

  • Maintain clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders to ensure professional business management.
  • Stay responsive to local market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Professional Standards & Management

  • Oversee the smooth and efficient administration of business operations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the sales market and a thorough awareness of competitors.
  • Conduct precise research and present findings to a high professional standard.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring trust, confidentiality, and the firm’s professional image are upheld.
  • Take responsibility for delegated management tasks with accountability.

Experience & Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles such as Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager (Department Head), or Valuer.
  • Familiarity with the Prime Central London property market is highly desirable.
