Lead day-to-day internal communications and deliver company-wide messaging and events. Manage newsletters, All Hands, digital signage, knowledge resources, and an internal events calendar across eight sites. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create tactical communications, coordinate event logistics and budgets, and maintain up-to-date employee information to boost engagement and alignment.

Own and optimise Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado, automate metadata and code deployments, manage environments (data masking/seeding), integrate automated testing and quality gates, monitor and troubleshoot releases, and mentor teams to improve DevOps practices.

Build and scale customer-facing web applications using modern frontend technologies. Design and implement new product features, collaborate with design and product teams, participate in code reviews and architecture discussions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality, tested, and maintainable code supporting rapid feature development.

Design, build, and maintain centralized iOS SDKs, libraries, and toolkits. Own modular iOS architecture, optimize build times and dependency management with Swift Package Manager, and improve automated testing. Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines (mobile automation) and uphold iOS technical standards through documentation and code reviews. Collaborate with feature teams to ensure seamless SDK integration and a strong developer experience.

Lead employee relations casework including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management. Use ER data and analytics to identify trends, inform policy, and support strategic People and Legal initiatives. Create ER policies, training, and employment law updates, and partner on escalations, settlement agreements, and broader ER strategy to ensure fair, consistent, and commercial outcomes.

Own and standardize the sales technology stack and data strategy across markets. Define Salesforce platform roadmaps, evaluate and implement next-gen AI tools, ensure data quality and governance, partner cross-functionally to drive adoption, and optimize systems for scalable revenue growth.
