Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join the People Experience team on a 8 month contract.

As Internal Communications Lead, you will play a critical part in keeping the business aligned, informed and engaged. Working as part of a wider team, your specific focus will be managing Dojo’s business-wide, business-as-usual internal communication channels, and delivering our internal events programme.

This is a fast-paced, highly operational role. We are looking for a natural organiser who is passionate about people, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and deliver from day one.

What you will do...

  • Manage BAU internal communication channels: Coordinate and execute our core day-to-day internal communication channels (e.g. weekly newsletters, monthly All Hands, digital signage) ensuring we maintain a reliable, high-quality drumbeat of business news and information.
  • Deliver business-wide messaging: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build tactical communication plans and craft materials , ensuring company initiatives are surfaced in the right way and at the right time.
  • Execute impactful events: Own the coordination and delivery of our internal events and activities calendar across our 8 sites, working closely with the wider team to foster community, cohesion, and cultural alignment.
  • Knowledge and information management: Maintain and update core company knowledge resources, ensuring our people have access to the up-to-date information they need to do their best work.

What you will bring...

  • Hands-on internal communication experience: Proven track record of managing internal communication channels and drafting business-wide copy, ideally within a fast-paced or scale-up environment.
  • Exceptional communication: Ability to write clear, engaging, and compelling copy that translates complex business updates into digestible employee messaging.
  • Event management: Demonstrated experience managing projects, events and associated budgets end-to-end and within tight timeframes.
  • Proactive stakeholder management: Confidence partnering with and gathering information from stakeholders of all levels and locations to drive collaborative execution.
  • Adaptability and speed: A solutions-driven mindset with the resilience to navigate a fast-moving environment, pivot quickly when priorities shift, and maintain high delivery standards.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

Question: what’s curious, relentless, and customer obsessed?

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.

You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.

You’re customer-obsessed. You know how important customers are to what you do.
