Leads business analysis across digital products, translating business needs into requirements and user stories. Partners with stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and QA from discovery through release; evaluates performance using KPIs and data; identifies AI-enabled opportunities; supports Agile delivery and continuous improvement; and coaches Business Analysts while helping shape product strategy and customer outcomes.

Design, build and support technical IFS solutions including integrations, data migrations, custom objects, reports and debugging. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants and suppliers, balance BAU support with project delivery, and document technical specifications.

Partner with business users to design, build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards, improve data quality and integration, automate reporting, test new data sources, and promote self-service analytics to drive evidence-based commercial decisions.
