  • Stay ahead of the game: Explore emerging trends, automation and AI-powered advertising tools to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid search campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, particularly Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds and troubleshooting feed issues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Advertising, automated bidding, conversion tracking and campaign testing.
  • Confidence working with performance data and turning insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Good Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and lookup formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to communicate ideas and results to different stakeholders.

The following experience isn't required but would be beneficial:

  • Experience using Search Ads 360 or similar campaign management platforms.

  • A background in the scientific, life sciences or technical industries.

  • Additional European language skills, particularly French, Spanish or German.
