Leads functional cost classification, FTE and financial data validation, reporting design, testing, commentary, and governance. Partners with FP&A, Finance, HR, IT, and site stakeholders to resolve issues, embed reporting into accounting processes, support the FY28 budget, and establish sustainable site-level ownership.

Manage German statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, month-end close, and tax reconciliations. Lead General Ledger Accountants, oversee outsourced providers, advise on German GAAP and IFRS matters, maintain relationships with tax authorities and advisers, and support transfer pricing, treasury, banking migration, and finance transformation projects.

Identify and validate assay and workflow solutions (genotyping, NGS, oligos), develop value propositions and implementation plans, coordinate with account managers and internal teams, represent LGC at meetings and events, and support market development to meet revenue and margin targets.

Partner with business users to design, build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards, improve data quality and integration, automate reporting, test new data sources, and promote self-service analytics to drive evidence-based commercial decisions.

Lead commercial strategy and execution for BRCGS, driving sustainable revenue, margin and pipeline. Build and coach a high-performing sales and account management team, develop partner channels, strengthen go-to-market, and collaborate with Marketing, Standards, Technical and Operations to convert market insight into growth and long-term customer value.

The SEO Manager will develop and implement SEO strategies, lead performance analysis, manage keyword content, optimize technical SEO, and coordinate with agencies to improve organic visibility and digital growth.

Lead UX research and craft end-to-end digital experiences to improve website performance and conversion. Conduct interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis; produce journeys, wireframes, and prototypes; analyze GA/Hotjar/heatmaps; own UI deliverables in Figma; collaborate with product, engineering, and SMEs; run workshops and support design system development and CRO experimentation.
