Uses data to guide decisions, identifies practical AI opportunities, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, QA, and business teams. Coaches Business Analysts and promotes best practices, customer-focused thinking, and measurable business outcomes.

Support financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting for NLS. Own monthly performance reporting, overheads accounting, cost modelling, and provide financial modelling for projects. Drive standardised models, support forecasts, variance analysis and ad-hoc finance projects.

The PMO Manager will establish and lead the Project Management Office for the Evergreen Transition Programme, managing processes, budgets, and mentoring staff while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards.
