Leads functional cost classification, FTE and financial data validation, reporting design, testing, commentary, and governance. Partners with FP&A, Finance, HR, IT, and site stakeholders to resolve issues, embed reporting into accounting processes, support the FY28 budget, and establish sustainable site-level ownership.

Manage German statutory accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, month-end close, and tax reconciliations. Lead General Ledger Accountants, oversee outsourced providers, advise on German GAAP and IFRS matters, maintain relationships with tax authorities and advisers, and support transfer pricing, treasury, banking migration, and finance transformation projects.

Design, build and support technical IFS solutions including integrations, data migrations, custom objects, reports and debugging. Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants and suppliers, balance BAU support with project delivery, and document technical specifications.
