Owns end-to-end journey transformation across client and operational workflows. The role diagnoses friction, maps processes, quantifies costs and failure demand, builds evidence-based business cases, prioritizes improvement roadmaps, and delivers changes through agile teams and governance. It also tracks live performance, validates sustained benefits, and partners with Finance, Data, Operations, Product, Compliance, and frontline teams. Experience with journey mapping, BPMN, analytics, business requirements, Jira, stakeholder discovery, and measurable process improvement is required.

Owns go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for product launches across UK, Europe, and Middle East markets. Coordinates cross-functional campaign delivery with Product, Brand, Creative, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams; tracks performance to refine future launches. Partners with Compliance and Commercial teams, represents customer insights in product discussions, and manages one direct report.

Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for IG’s digital servicing tooling suite. Define customer and agent problems, make build-versus-buy decisions, lead discovery and delivery, embed AI across service journeys, and improve customer satisfaction while reducing service costs. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and leadership; navigate regulation, define metrics, drive experimentation, and mentor other product managers.

Supports the day-to-day management and rebalancing of model portfolios across risk profiles. Owns monthly risk, performance, attribution, and volatility reporting; contributes to ETF selection and due diligence; supports client-facing teams with investment queries; coordinates system changes and testing; and writes investment commentary and educational materials subject to compliance approval.

Leads the KYC Risk & Assurance function, overseeing onboarding quality assurance, enhanced due diligence, complex risk decisions, AML reporting, governance, remediation, and KYC process improvement. The role manages a team across the UK and Poland, operationalizes second-line standards and methodologies, supports KYC refresh activities, and provides credible first-line assurance to senior management. It requires deep financial crime expertise, strong knowledge of UK AML regulations, senior stakeholder management, and leadership experience in KYC or financial crime operations.

Own and improve payment operations processes covering deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations, verification, and investigations. Support audits, regulatory controls, fraud prevention, incident remediation, performance reporting, dashboards, automation, and payment-related transformation initiatives. Partner with technology, product, finance, compliance, fraud, customer experience, and regional operations teams to improve efficiency, control, and client outcomes.

Serves as the senior HR partner for Product, Technology, and Operations leadership. Responsibilities include coaching executives, leading organizational design and restructures, managing complex employee relations cases, driving culture and performance, developing two HR Business Partners, and providing people and commercial insight across UK, Poland, and India.

Own the group-wide ICARA process, including capital adequacy, liquidity, wind-down analysis, stress testing, and regulatory submissions. Develop and govern capital models and quantitative risk methodologies, monitor prudential regulation, engage with the FCA, and partner with Finance on capital planning and forecasting. Produce board-level capital adequacy reporting and support strategic initiatives, M&A assessments, recovery planning, and regulatory examinations.

Lead the design, implementation, operation, and enhancement of large-scale network infrastructure across data centers, enterprise environments, containers, and public clouds. Drive automation, DevOps practices, reliability, security, performance, documentation, and incident response. Collaborate with development and business teams on enterprise initiatives while mentoring network engineers and serving as a technical lead for network standardization and infrastructure improvements.

Provide Line 2 compliance advice to IG's Prime institutional business, review and approve financial promotions, support product and platform changes, advise on client categorisation and conduct rules, monitor regulatory developments, run thematic reviews, maintain records of advice, and coach stakeholders to build first-line capability.
