Own end-to-end brand and integrated marketing campaigns for Ireland and other international markets, with paid media as the primary specialization. Lead technical accounting advisory for the Group: advise on complex accounting issues, review financial statements and disclosures, liaise with external auditors, maintain accounting policies, track and implement standard changes, and provide training and cross-group support to ensure consistent application across subsidiaries.

Sell IG Prime's liquidity, prime brokerage and white-label solutions to institutional and B2B partners. Drive new client acquisition, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, shape product delivery with feedback, represent the firm at events, and deepen partner integrations to grow market share.

Lead PMO activities for a company-wide transformation: run governance, integrated planning, risk and dependency management, stakeholder reporting, coordinate workstreams, support finance on budgets/benefits, provide hands-on remediation for at-risk initiatives, and enable change adoption across the programme.
