Design and deliver user-centric interfaces across Tebex products, craft mobile experiences, maintain design systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply UX best practices to create engaging, polished product UI.

Provide first-line support for Tebex creators and buyers, troubleshoot web/software issues, investigate technical problems, communicate clearly, maintain high service standards, and work assigned shifts to resolve customer inquiries.

Serve as the technical authority in the sales cycle: translate business needs into secure, scalable payment architectures, design payment flows, demo APIs/integrations, troubleshoot integrations, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Risk, and Engineering to close enterprise deals. Mentor junior engineers and ensure solutions are commercially aligned and production-ready.
