This role is a remote-first position, open to UK residents only.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a digital product design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs.
  • Proven experience designing mobile products.
  • Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with maintaining and contributing to design systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing for gaming realms, creator platforms, or e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with conducting user testing and gathering usability insights from the field.
  • Passion for shaping data-driven design adventures and optimizing through A/B testing.
  • A knack for leveling up user experience – no XP boosts required.
  • Skilled in stealth alignment magic and detecting rogue pixels before they break the space-time continuum.
