Senior technology leader accountable for strategy and delivery of client CRM and content platforms (Salesforce, Seismic), embedding data and AI (Snowflake) into a platform-centric architecture, governing large programmes, managing a £30m budget and a global team of ~50 to deliver scalable client lifecycle, sales enablement and digital distribution outcomes.

Lead end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, standards and roadmap for the Investment Platform. Define platform roadmaps, drive standardisation, ensure scalability and security, collaborate with domain architects and stakeholders, enforce governance, and apply data and AI to enable front‑office investment capabilities across the lifecycle.

Provide end-to-end fund solutioning and regulatory/operational subject-matter expertise for UK client group. Lead product development, client onboarding, SPML business management, issue resolution, third‑party oversight, and ensure regulatory compliance across public and private market structures to support business growth and client servicing.

Lead 2nd-line oversight of cyber and technology risk across the firm: run governance committees (ISROC), review KRIs/KCIs, perform risk-based reviews, interpret Red/Purple Team results, advise on incident response and remediation, draft board-level reports, and engage senior stakeholders to improve controls and risk management.

Lead delivery of bespoke wealth planning advice to high-net-worth clients, manage client relationships, drive business development, ensure KYC/AML and FCA compliance, mentor and lead planning team, contribute to strategy and cross-functional initiatives, and act as senior escalation for complex client and regulatory matters.

Support Portfolio Managers in administering and reviewing client portfolios, prepare meeting packs and reports, execute trades, handle account onboarding and administration, attend investment meetings, respond to client enquiries, and develop client relationships while pursuing professional qualifications and ongoing learning.

Support Wealth Planners across the end-to-end advice process: prepare fact finds, draft suitability reports, research planning solutions (pensions, investments, trusts), manage client documentation and enquiries, liaise with providers, ensure file compliance with FCA requirements, and assist with admin and CPD.

Support end-to-end internal audit assignments using data analytics, automation and AI. Prepare, validate and analyze data; build dashboards and reports; develop and test audit technology solutions and AI-enabled agents; document testing and outputs; collaborate with Internal Audit, Technology and business stakeholders; maintain reusable audit assets; support training and working group activities. Occasional UK/international travel (~15%).

Prepare and validate Pillar 1 regulatory returns and contribute to Pillar 2 prudential documents (ICAAP, ILAAP, ICARA). Perform reconciliations, data quality checks, stress and wind‑down analyses, and prepare commentary. Liaise with Risk, Compliance, Treasury and senior stakeholders to challenge inputs, document controls and ensure timely, auditable regulatory reporting.

Deliver business analysis for wealth management transformation initiatives: capture and document requirements, map processes, define solutions, support UAT, design data requirements, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure smooth transition to BAU while maintaining compliance and governance.
