Own commercial growth for Wise Platform across Switzerland by developing partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and fintechs. Build and manage a high-value pipeline, execute localized go-to-market strategies, negotiate complex enterprise agreements, and close partnerships. Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, legal, presales, and implementation teams on regulated technical integrations. Manage senior stakeholders, financial RFPs, pricing, recurring-revenue targets, and industry representation.

Supports the Balance Sheet Controller by ensuring accurate cash balances and financial reporting across global entities. Executes month-end cash controls, substantiates balances, reviews bank integrations, supports account setup, documents cash transaction processes, assists with audits, identifies control gaps, and collaborates with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to strengthen processes and resolve issues.

Drive product decisions for Wise’s regional expansion by developing KPIs, analyzing product launches, forecasting, running experiments, and creating data assets. Own Wise's UK operational resilience and outsourcing framework within the first-line Product Compliance and Risk team. Lead regulatory assessments, important business service mapping, impact tolerance management, resilience testing, self-assessments, board reporting, internal controls, third-party risk governance, due diligence, monitoring, contract requirements, change management, and exit planning. Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure payment and investment products comply with UK regulatory expectations.

Designs customer-centered content and product experiences that simplify complex investment, returns, tax, and money-management processes. Owns content projects end to end, researches customer needs, collaborates with cross-functional and design teams, expands products into new markets, and raises content quality standards across the Grow squad and wider Content Guild.

Lead the strategic research direction for Wise’s Grow business area. Define research priorities, raise research quality and maturity, strengthen research practices, develop researchers, and use customer evidence to influence product strategy and senior decisions. The role combines people leadership with hands-on delivery of strategically important user research, while coordinating priorities across teams and guiding responsible use of AI and emerging tools.
