Own projects end to end, write testable code, apply best engineering practices, improve team processes, and use customer-focused, data-driven decisions to address pain points.

Leads Wise’s Finance Systems engineering organization and technical strategy. Owns ERP modernization, finance platform architecture, SOX engineering controls, operational maturity, and AI-enabled automation. Partners with Finance, Product, and CFO stakeholders to deliver scalable systems for close acceleration, intercompany operations, AP/AR, and statutory reporting. Builds and develops a senior engineering team while driving resilience, auditability, deployment improvements, and long-term transformation.
