Lead the strategy, roadmap, delivery, governance, adoption, and execution of BlackRock’s enterprise Data Marketplace and data product ecosystem. Translate business and governance needs into product capabilities, prioritize engineering backlogs, and coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders. Drive onboarding, documentation, release readiness, data reuse, AI-ready capabilities, and scalable data governance across investment and operational functions.

Designs operating models and technology solutions, drives complex change programs, defines requirements, oversees testing, develops API and data capabilities, and communicates outcomes to senior stakeholders. The role also mentors junior staff, manages cross-functional projects, and supports BlackRock’s ETF growth strategy.

Supports underwriting, execution, and ongoing management of European infrastructure multi-manager investments, including secondaries and co-investments. Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, transaction analysis, coordinating legal and tax workstreams, preparing investment memoranda, presenting recommendations, monitoring portfolio performance, and managing GP relationships.
