Lead enterprise sales for named accounts/territories across Southern Europe: build C-level relationships, qualify opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, forecast sales, and drive account expansion and customer success.

Lead and grow a distributed Solutions Engineering team across the Nordics and BeNeLux to win complex enterprise deals. Hire, coach, and operate as a player-coach; drive technical discovery, solution design, demos, POVs, and executive presentations; run forecasting and SE operations; embed AI fluency and scale repeatable presales playbooks.
