Own and grow Procore’s EMEA channel and delivery partner ecosystem. Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable partners; develop joint business and regional growth plans; collaborate with sales teams to generate pipeline and accelerate deals; manage executive relationships and business reviews; track partner performance and market insights; and influence global partner strategy and investment decisions.

Drive customer success for Procore’s commercial construction customers by promoting platform adoption and business value. Provide data-driven recommendations, product demonstrations, roadmap updates, technical stakeholder coordination, and responsive account support. Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing while applying construction industry expertise and mentoring peers. The role requires travel of up to 50% to client sites, events, and company offices.

Manage and grow UKI technology partner relationships across technology partners, systems integrators, resellers, and ISVs. Recruit, onboard, train, and nurture partners while driving partner-sourced revenue and co-marketing initiatives. Own partner lifecycle operations, including deal registration, lead routing, contracts, database metrics, payouts, and commissions. Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success, report partner performance metrics to executives, and share channel best practices.

Lead Procore's Common Data Environment (CDE) product strategy for Europe: conduct market and competitive research, drive product definition, prioritize roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional development and GTM teams, measure adoption and KPIs, ensure compliance with European standards, and evangelize the product to customers and stakeholders.

Serve as a cost-management subject matter expert supporting enterprise sales and customer success: lead discovery, demo solutions, validate opportunities, drive product adoption, inform product teams on market needs, coordinate RFPs, and provide forecasting to meet quarterly goals.

Serve as a Spanish-speaking trusted advisor to enterprise construction clients, leading strategic consulting engagements to implement Procore for financials, project management, quality, and safety. Design business processes, deliver training and workshops, partner with PMs and Product/Engineering on complex implementations, mentor team members, and drive measurable outcomes like improved cost control, schedule certainty, and risk reduction.
