Lead adoption of Morningstar Index products with asset owners and consultants by building relationships, generating mandates, presenting competitive value, coordinating events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive benchmark and mandate wins.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for UK, Middle East and Africa operations. Manage month-end close, audits, statutory/FCA filings, SOX/internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise identity solutions on Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Drive architecture, automation (Okta Workflows, PowerShell), SSO/MFA, identity governance, hybrid AD integration, application integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM), incident escalation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability.

Lead Asset Finance credit practices by advising analytical teams, chairing rating committees, promoting methodology consistency, identifying sector and macro themes, mentoring staff, and contributing thought leadership and methodology development across asset classes.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support for UK and EMEA employees across onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation, HRIS maintenance (Workday), benefits/vendor liaison, immigration/visa case support, and process improvements to ensure compliant, accurate, and employee-focused people operations.

Provide high-quality inbound telephone and email support to financial advisers globally, resolving platform, investment and tax wrapper queries.
