About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the activation of marketing campaigns and events across EMEA. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy and execution, turning campaign plans into on-the-ground activity, keeping everything on budget, and making sure Sales is fully equipped to convert the leads you generate. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on operational detail as much as creative delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Event Activation
- Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and events across the EMEA region, from planning through post-event wrap-up
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery for regional events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, roadshows, etc.)
- Adapt global campaign frameworks for regional relevance across EMEA markets
Budget Management
- Manage campaign and event budgets, tracking spend against plan and flagging variances early
- Report regularly on budget status and cost-efficiency to the Director of International Marketing
Sales Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and SDR teams
- Proactively brief SDRs ahead of each activation — what's coming, target audience, key messaging, and expected lead volume
- Define and communicate clear lead handling processes, ensuring SDRs know how to prioritize, qualify, and follow up on leads by source and activation type
- Act as the liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure feedback loops on lead quality and conversion are working
Cross-functional Communication
- Communicate campaign and event plans, timelines, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and regional teams
- Provide regular reporting on campaign/event performance, lead generation, and pipeline impact
- Partner with marketing operations to manage campaigns and events to pre, during, and post execution
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and/or events, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
- Strong budget management skills — comfortable owning and reporting on spend
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate marketing plans into clear, actionable guidance for Sales/SDR teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, and a solid understanding of lead lifecycle and handoff processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple activations simultaneously
- Based in or able to work from London, with willingness to travel across EMEA as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) for tracking campaign/event lead flow
- Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
