Provide legal/regulatory advice for Morningstar's European operations: identify regulatory risks, support new business lines, interact with regulators, lead responses to examinations, guide Compliance on investigations, and develop regulatory training and policies.

Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise identity solutions on Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Drive architecture, automation (Okta Workflows, PowerShell), SSO/MFA, identity governance, hybrid AD integration, application integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM), incident escalation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability.

Lead Asset Finance credit practices by advising analytical teams, chairing rating committees, promoting methodology consistency, identifying sector and macro themes, mentoring staff, and contributing thought leadership and methodology development across asset classes.

Provide day-to-day HR operations support across EMEA for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, immigration, employee data in Workday, vendor management, compliance with local labour law, and process improvement during a 6-month maternity cover.

Support growth in the Netherlands and Belgium by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities across asset managers, asset owners, banks and financial institutions. Conduct market and account research, run prospecting/outreach campaigns, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success to build pipeline and drive market development.

Design, build, and operate a high-throughput, low-latency real-time data platform using Flink and Kafka. Develop Java and .NET processing and APIs, manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform), implement CI/CD (Harness), and ensure observability, scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency across production systems.

Own and expand a portfolio of EMEA mid-market financial clients by selling Morningstar enterprise data, analytics, research and index solutions. Generate new business, manage contracts and renewals, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with product/pre-sales/after-sales teams, represent the company at industry events, and consistently exceed sales targets while ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

Support investor-focused marketing by coordinating integrated campaigns, distributing research and thought leadership, assisting event/webinar planning, maintaining CRM and audience lists, preparing reports and marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive investor engagement.

Join the Indexes New Product Development team to design, develop, validate, and launch thematic and smart-beta indexes. Collaborate with research and product teams, build portfolio construction and analytics tools using statistical and machine learning methods, explore AI implementations, and produce white papers, factsheets, and client-facing materials to support product launches.

Lead pricing discovery and structure medium-to-high complexity EMEA deals, drive Rate Card adoption, coach sales on negotiation, support deal analytics, and coordinate cross-functional commercial initiatives.
