Lead product marketing for Morningstar Direct’s reporting solutions, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, client adoption, and demand programs. Partner with product, UX, sales, campaign marketing, and client success teams to translate reporting capabilities into customer value. Conduct market research and win-loss analysis, develop sales plays and content, and measure performance through campaign, adoption, revenue, and client outcome metrics.

Provide first- and second-line operational support for Morningstar’s market data application stack and infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve incidents, improve monitoring and alerting, deploy and validate software changes, maintain documentation, and support cloud migration initiatives. Collaborate with London and Mumbai teams, developers, and vendors while participating in shift rotations, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Lead and mentor an IAM engineering team to design, build, and operate enterprise identity solutions on Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Drive architecture, automation (Okta Workflows, PowerShell), SSO/MFA, identity governance, hybrid AD integration, application integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC/SCIM), incident escalation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure platform security, scalability, and reliability.

Lead investor outreach and relationship development across Europe to deepen engagement with MDBRS ratings, research, and products. Drive coverage strategy, run investor-focused initiatives and events, track CRM engagement, gather investor feedback, and collaborate with marketing, BD, and analytical teams to increase demand for MDBRS services.

Supports senior equity analysts by researching and valuing companies across sectors, evaluating competitive advantages and market positioning, and building and maintaining discounted cash flow models with scenario analyses. The role requires fundamental investing knowledge, advanced Excel skills, critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to meet tight deadlines with incomplete information. It is based in Morningstar’s London office within a hybrid work environment.

Analyze and monitor European NPL and RPL securitisations, including credit risk, cash flow models, recovery assumptions, stress scenarios, and transaction performance. Prepare rating committee materials, reports, press releases, and research notes. Collaborate with senior analysts and structured finance teams, participate in rating committees, and engage with originators, arrangers, and servicers across Europe.

Provide inbound telephone and email support to global financial advisers using the Morningstar Wealth Platform. Resolve platform, investment, and tax-wrapper queries; develop subject-matter expertise; analyze adviser usage; deliver guidance and training; capture feedback; and collaborate with international teams to improve client experience. The role requires financial services experience, strong communication, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with investment platforms, ISAs, SIPPs, Excel, and multiple systems.

Lead Asset Finance credit practices by advising analytical teams, chairing rating committees, promoting methodology consistency, identifying sector and macro themes, mentoring staff, and contributing thought leadership and methodology development across asset classes.

Support growth in the Netherlands and Belgium by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities across asset managers, asset owners, banks and financial institutions. Conduct market and account research, run prospecting/outreach campaigns, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success to build pipeline and drive market development.

Join the Indexes New Product Development team to design, develop, validate, and launch thematic and smart-beta indexes. Collaborate with research and product teams, build portfolio construction and analytics tools using statistical and machine learning methods, explore AI implementations, and produce white papers, factsheets, and client-facing materials to support product launches.
