Lead investor outreach and relationship development across Europe to deepen engagement with MDBRS ratings, research, and products. Drive coverage strategy, run investor-focused initiatives and events, track CRM engagement, gather investor feedback, and collaborate with marketing, BD, and analytical teams to increase demand for MDBRS services.

Analyze and monitor European NPL and RPL securitisations, including credit risk, cash flow models, recovery assumptions, stress scenarios, and transaction performance. Prepare rating committee materials, reports, press releases, and research notes. Collaborate with senior analysts and structured finance teams, participate in rating committees, and engage with originators, arrangers, and servicers across Europe.

Provide inbound telephone and email support to global financial advisers using the Morningstar Wealth Platform. Resolve platform, investment, and tax-wrapper queries; develop subject-matter expertise; analyze adviser usage; deliver guidance and training; capture feedback; and collaborate with international teams to improve client experience. The role requires financial services experience, strong communication, sound judgment, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with investment platforms, ISAs, SIPPs, Excel, and multiple systems.

Lead adoption of Morningstar Index products with asset owners and consultants by building relationships, generating mandates, presenting competitive value, coordinating events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive benchmark and mandate wins.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for UK, Middle East and Africa operations. Manage month-end close, audits, statutory/FCA filings, SOX/internal controls, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Build and mentor the local finance team, drive system and process improvements, support M&A and transformation projects, coordinate external advisers, and provide commercial finance partnership to regional business leaders.

Lead Asset Finance credit practices by advising analytical teams, chairing rating committees, promoting methodology consistency, identifying sector and macro themes, mentoring staff, and contributing thought leadership and methodology development across asset classes.

Support growth in the Netherlands and Belgium by identifying and qualifying new B2B opportunities across asset managers, asset owners, banks and financial institutions. Conduct market and account research, run prospecting/outreach campaigns, maintain CRM and pipeline reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success to build pipeline and drive market development.

Support investor-focused marketing by coordinating integrated campaigns, distributing research and thought leadership, assisting event/webinar planning, maintaining CRM and audience lists, preparing reports and marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive investor engagement.

Join the Indexes New Product Development team to design, develop, validate, and launch thematic and smart-beta indexes. Collaborate with research and product teams, build portfolio construction and analytics tools using statistical and machine learning methods, explore AI implementations, and produce white papers, factsheets, and client-facing materials to support product launches.
