Lead UK growth for the Weight Loss product, owning the P&L and multi-million-pound budget. Build and manage a cross-functional growth team, define and execute acquisition, retention, and revenue strategies, localise global playbooks for European markets, scale channels (performance marketing, CRO, CRM), and report performance and risks to executive leadership. Drive market expansion and collaborate with product, brand, data, and commercial teams to meet ambitious regional targets.
