We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to take ownership of top-priority initiatives for our Obesity category - one of the most impactful categories in our business. This role is a unique opportunity to shape, scale, and accelerate growth in our Weight Loss offering – improving the patient journey, sharpening our commercial and product strategy, and building one of the most compelling propositions in the category. You will be at the intersection of strategy and growth - driving initiatives that expand reach, improve engagement, and unlock sustainable business impact. From pricing and commercial definition, to product innovation and go-to-market execution, you will lead cross-functional efforts with a relentless focus on patients and growth.This role is perfect for someone who is customer-obsessed, commercially sharp, and energised by scaling new propositions in fast-moving markets.
What you’ll do

  • Drive growth: Use first principles thinking to define bold solutions that unlock growth opportunities, build differentiation, and improve retention across the obesity category. Translate these into actionable initiatives that balance impact for patients and the business.

  • Be the voice of the customer: Deeply understand patient needs, motivations, and barriers. Use insights to shape product features, messaging, and commercial strategy.

  • Own commercial levers: Lead pricing, margin, and LTV strategy. Build data-backed models and experiments to refine our commercial approach and deliver sustainable growth.

  • Launch and scale initiatives: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, collaborating closely with marketing to accelerate adoption and engagement.

  • Shape product roadmap: Partner with product, clinical, and tech teams to design and launch enhancements that improve patient outcomes and business performance.

  • Build scalable systems: Establish processes and frameworks that enable operational excellence and consistent delivery at scale.

  • Test, learn, iterate: Translate insights and data into action, driving continuous improvement across commercial and product initiatives.

What we need from you

  • 7+ years in strategy, growth, product or product marketing, ideally in healthcare, consumer, or digital businesses.

  • Proven success in scaling customer-facing propositions – from shaping strategy through to execution and iteration.

  • Strong commercial acumen: you’re confident with pricing, financial modelling, and defining performance metrics.

  • Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering exceptional, human-centred healthcare experiences.

  • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives across product, clinical, marketing, and legal teams.

  • Familiarity with recent AI developments and how they can improve care delivery or operational efficiency is a plus.

  • Clear, structured communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
