Senior associate in financial restructuring advising on and running restructuring deals with minimal supervision, supervising junior associates, working closely with two partners, and supporting business development and marketing initiatives within a global law firm.

Provide non-contentious and some contentious EU/UK financial services regulatory advice (MiFID, AIFMD, EMIR, market abuse, capital/regulatory capital). Support fund structuring, asset management M&A, cross-border regulatory matters, and transactional advisory. Regular client contact, business development, and collaboration with investment management, M&A, capital markets, litigation, and banking teams.
