Responsibilities include account development, contract negotiation, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, sales planning, market analysis, CRM adoption, and team leadership. The role builds client relationships, converts new business, grows market share, coaches sales staff, and collaborates with hotel and central sales teams. Occasional travel across the UK, Ireland, and overseas may be required.

Manage meetings and events enquiries, build client relationships, convert sales leads, and support revenue targets. Prepare function sheets, maintain accurate event information in Sales & Catering, Opera, and Delphi, and coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure successful event delivery. Gather client feedback, encourage repeat business, and provide excellent customer service within a hospitality environment.

Owns financial performance, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and commercial finance support across a London hotel portfolio. Partners with general managers and regional operations leaders to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and investment returns. Leads management reporting, controls, audit support, risk management, financial analysis, and a regional finance team while driving process improvement and accountability.
