Manage creative operations from intake through delivery, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, workflow coordination, reviews, routing, timelines, and status communication. Oversee studio traffic, team capacity, SLAs, documentation, file handling, and version control. Manage digital asset ingestion, metadata, permissions, libraries, governance, archival systems, rights compliance, and DAM taxonomy. Partner with Creative Operations leadership to improve processes and optimize workflow and asset-management systems.

Manage creative production and post-production workflows from scope and budgeting through delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling shoots, booking crews, managing vendors and logistics, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing on-set operations, editing and finishing video and audio assets, performing color and sound work, organizing files and versions, resolving production issues, and preparing deliverables for broadcast, digital, and social platforms.

Lead creative vision and visual direction across campaigns, brand expression, and content. Develop concepts, storyboards, creative territories, and narrative frameworks; direct multidisciplinary teams and external creative partners; review work for quality and brand consistency; guide photo and video shoots; present creative concepts; collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership; and mentor talent while shaping brand identity and creative standards.
