Lead the International Cyber team to shape global cyber wholesale strategy, drive growth, manage complex cyber placements, oversee compliance and risk, negotiate with markets, mentor staff, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement business plans and deliver financial targets.

Manage a portfolio of complex property, liability and business interruption claims for renewable energy, provide technical oversight, guide claims strategy, engage clients/brokers/insurers, ensure governance and service standards, and lead, coach and develop team members while supporting operational improvements.

Serve as first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintain three reception areas, manage couriers and visitor sign-ins, coordinate hospitality and room bookings, liaise with facilities, and uphold company policies and professional presentation.

Lead business development and account growth for D&O insurance: respond to RFPs, engage Specialty teams, review client documentation, market risks appropriately, secure authorisations, and maintain a pipeline of new and renewal opportunities while delivering excellent client service.

Lead and standardize cyber claims across international offices, act as incident claims lead, build local capability, provide technical guidance and training, support tenders and business development, drive claims-data initiatives, and collaborate with underwriting and global cyber teams.

Lead global brand governance, evolve brand identity systems, partner with regional and creative teams, mentor on brand application, manage approvals and compliance, influence stakeholders and deliver multiple priorities across a federated organisation.

Support CTO and Specialty Transformation Committee governance for a portfolio of projects: prepare STC packs, track actions, enforce SDLC/delivery governance, standardise reporting/processes, support and advise PMs, manage executive stakeholders, and produce clear, concise communications and presentations.

Coordinate group financial close and deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis. Support budgeting, forecasting, onboarding acquisitions, maintain reporting templates and documentation, respond to ad-hoc requests, and assist with finance projects and system improvements to ensure timely, accurate management reporting for senior stakeholders.
