Support end-to-end recruitment across Europe: source and engage candidates, conduct initial screens, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, provide market mapping and candidate tracking, and partner with internal TA and hiring managers to deliver hiring outcomes. Role can be part-time or freelance.

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, operations, and external partners. Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope and dependencies, produce dashboards and executive summaries, ensure operational readiness for go-live, and drive continuous improvement. Use Smartsheet or Odoo Projects for planning and Jira to collaborate with engineering.
