Manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple European countries, coordinating vendors, validating calculations, maintaining employee payroll data, reconciling reports and ledgers, supporting payroll payments and audits, responding to employee inquiries, and driving payroll process improvements and compliance.

Lead development and management of partnerships with Norway and other Nordic public institutions to mobilize public, blended, and innovative finance for climate and biodiversity. Build funding pipelines, advise internal teams on donor rules and eligibility, support proposal development and compliant project delivery, and represent TNC in Nordic networks and events. Drive stakeholder engagement and relationships to position TNC as a partner of choice and identify opportunities for public-private financing mechanisms.
