Maintain HR processes, policies, documentation, and systems; manage onboarding, offboarding, time-off, and performance review cycles; handle HR queries; ensure local compliance; track HR metrics and collaborate with leadership, Finance, and Payroll.

Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA advising on complex cross-border employment matters across 100+ jurisdictions. Lead employment law advisory, manage high-risk employee relations and litigation strategy, negotiate commercial agreements, mentor junior lawyers, build legal playbooks and scalable legal operations, partner with Product and Engineering on compliance automation, and advise on GDPR and privacy for employees, contractors and customers.
