Job Overview:

As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities, while also building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work directly with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies to understand their needs and position RemotePass's platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base globally. This role is particularly focused on managing enterprise and mid-market accounts, where deal cycles are longer and more complex, often involving multiple stakeholders and RFP-based procurement processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Own and manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, including RFP processes, from initial engagement through to final negotiation and close.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use RemotePass for their global workforce needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how RemotePass can add value.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, ideally using a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC).
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with remote-first companies or international clients.
  • Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry.
  • Fluency in another language (preferably a European language).

What We Offer:

  • Work from anywhere.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • Premium health insurance.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
