Build and scale RemotePass’s channel partnerships function by identifying priority partner segments, recruiting and negotiating with partners, and managing partner-sourced pipeline. Responsibilities include designing commercial models, onboarding and enabling partners, nurturing relationships, co-selling with account executives, improving CRM tracking, analyzing channel performance, and reporting results to leadership. The role requires hands-on B2B SaaS or professional services partnership experience, outbound recruitment skills, strong communication, data analysis, and project management capabilities.

Drive new business acquisition and manage complex enterprise and mid-market sales cycles from prospecting through contract closure. Build relationships with C-level, HR, and operations leaders; conduct tailored product demonstrations; manage RFPs; exceed sales quotas; maintain CRM records and forecasts; and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. The role also involves growing key accounts and positioning the platform for international workforce management needs.

Own the Global Payroll and Employer of Record product line, including roadmap, customer discovery, prioritization, cross-functional execution, internal tooling, and applied AI. Lead payroll product strategy across countries and engines, translate customer and operational feedback into direction, and scale a product team of two to three PMs. Partner globally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations while reporting directly to the CEO.

Senior Legal Counsel for EMEA advising on complex cross-border employment matters across 100+ jurisdictions. Lead employment law advisory, manage high-risk employee relations and litigation strategy, negotiate commercial agreements, mentor junior lawyers, build legal playbooks and scalable legal operations, partner with Product and Engineering on compliance automation, and advise on GDPR and privacy for employees, contractors and customers.
