Develops and delivers researcher engagement and stewardship programs for funded researchers and Fellows. Responsibilities include coordinating visits, webinars, conferences, and events; building research community insights; representing the charity at research events; supporting research impact measurement, funding rounds, partnerships, and internal resource development. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, data interpretation, organization, project management, and collaboration across research, engagement, and fundraising teams.

Serve on the Board to provide strategic direction, uphold charity governance, monitor executive performance, identify and manage risk, act as an ambassador, use networks to support fundraising and impact, and constructively challenge and collaborate with trustees and staff.
