Manages scope, timelines, risks, workflows, data processing, review, and production while coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Provides client consultation, resolves escalations, mentors project managers, promotes best practices, and drives efficient, defensible, cost-effective solutions using Lighthouse technologies.

Collects, preserves, verifies, extracts, and analyzes electronically stored information from computers, mobile devices, servers, cloud repositories, and collaboration applications. Conducts custodian interviews, maintains evidence logs and chain of custody, supports forensic investigations and litigation, communicates project status to clients, prepares collection kits, and mentors less experienced team members. May provide on-call support outside normal business hours.
