Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions for enterprise document workflows. Own end-to-end feature delivery, collaborate with product and customers, build extraction and automation systems, implement security and privacy by design, mentor engineers, and drive adoption of generative AI capabilities.

Own the technical relationship for UK enterprise customers: lead discovery, build AI skill packs and workflows, QA deliverables, create adoption playbooks, translate product features to customer value, write ROI-driven feature requests, and support pre-sales technical input.

Lead end-to-end development of core product areas: discover, design, build, deploy, and drive customer adoption. Ship scalable APIs, backend services, streaming/event-driven systems, and polished frontends. Work closely with product, design, and commercial teams, talk to customers, mentor engineers, champion best practices (testing, observability, CI/CD, IaC), and apply AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and shape product direction.
