Lead strategic, high-sensitivity research recruiting: partner with research leadership to define talent needs, map the research landscape, build long-term candidate relationships, run senior-level searches, advise on positioning and compensation, and establish talent intelligence and recruiting standards.

Provides high-trust executive support to the CTO, managing calendars, travel, logistics, meetings, events, commitments, and cross-functional follow-through. Lead and grow Odyssey's Frontier ML research group, set and execute the research agenda across world simulation, multimodality, robotics, and multi-agent systems, run experiments hands-on, define publication strategy, and represent Odyssey externally.
