Balance user, buyer, technical, and commercial needs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data, customers, and stakeholders. Contribute to design systems, facilitate workshops, influence prioritization, and identify opportunities that improve customer and business outcomes.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, customers, and stakeholders to balance user, buyer, technical, and commercial needs while contributing to design systems and influencing product strategy.

Own end-to-end product design for Zoopla’s consumer web and mobile experiences, from problem framing through delivery, experimentation, and optimisation. Translate research, data, and consumer behaviour into opportunities that improve usability, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer value. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and stakeholders, facilitate workshops, influence prioritisation, prototype and test ideas, contribute to design systems, and explore AI-assisted design approaches.

Own pricing and packaging for estate agent and New Homes customers. Build pricing models, analyze customer ROI, manage concessions and discounting, monitor churn and competitors, and collaborate with Product and Sales on packaging, pricing changes, quoting, rollout, and migration. The role reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy and also supports broader commercial projects.
