Provide multi-channel customer support (email, phone, live chat) for global clients, resolve trading and administrative issues, update CRM records, monitor market news to proactively inform customers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead delivery across Trading UIs and Execution & Trading verticals, translating trading and risk needs into product requirements, owning backlogs, defining metrics, and shaping continuous and strategic roadmaps for trading platforms, integrations, and execution systems.

Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions: brief roles with hiring managers, source via LinkedIn and databases, screen candidates, manage offers and onboarding handover, maintain ATS (Workable), report recruitment metrics, and advise on inclusive hiring and process improvements.
