Serve as the technical lead for enterprise customers on Fireworks' inference platform: manage onboarding, deployment, SSO/security, performance benchmarking, troubleshooting, and escalations; advise on model selection, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and cost/latency optimization; run QBRs, drive adoption, identify expansion, and feed customer insights into product roadmaps.

Build, fine-tune, and operationalize ML models and end-to-end AI applications; collaborate with GTM and partners to deliver PoCs and customer deployments; contribute features and fixes to the ML platform; enable new models and optimize inference performance and scalability.

Drive new enterprise business across targeted EMEA accounts for Fireworks AI by owning full sales cycle from prospecting to procurement. Build pipeline, articulate product value to technical stakeholders, leverage channel/partner networks, forecast accurately, and maintain high customer satisfaction and references. Travel for client visits as needed.
