As an Account Manager, you'll support customers through their application process, manage client portfolios, build relationships, and provide insights to enhance iwoca's services.

Lead and evolve the shared services platform: own the roadmap, drive reliability and architecture, manage and mentor 2-3 engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute hands-on to build maintainable, observable distributed systems.

Design, build, test and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and analytics warehouse (Snowflake/dbt). Implement data testing, governance, observability and self-service capabilities. Partner with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders, troubleshoot data issues, and mentor colleagues to improve data reliability and analytics processes.
